For us, sustainability has never been only about fabrics and production methods. It's also about people, the people who make our clothes, the artists we collaborate with, the communities we belong to and, of course, the people who choose to support what we do.
We want to build a business that feels good to be part of.
Keeping our production local is a really important part of our story.
Our garments are designed and made in Melbourne, Australia, allowing us to stay closely connected to the people involved in making them and giving us much greater transparency over our production process.
It also means we can support local skills, keep more of the value within our community and reduce unnecessary transportation along the way.
We're a small business, and that's something we're proud of.
It means we know how our products are made, who we're working with and where our materials are coming from. And when something needs improving, we can actually do something about it.
We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to use their skills, build a career and feel part of their community.
That's why, when we need extra hands, we proudly support employment opportunities for immigrants and asylum seekers, including people whose professional journeys have been interrupted by moving to Australia.
Our founder, Carla, understands how challenging it can be to start again in a new country. Language barriers, cultural differences and navigating a completely new professional environment can make it incredibly difficult to get back into the work you already know and love.
We're passionate about creating opportunities that help people reconnect with their skills, gain experience, build financial independence and feel that their contribution is valued.
And we think that's what a good workplace should feel like.

Melbourne is bursting with incredible artists, illustrators, designers, printmakers and makers, and we're constantly inspired by the people around us.
Collaboration allows us to bring new ideas into the collective, help artists turn their work into products and introduce their creativity to new audiences.
It also means we don't have to do everything ourselves, which is great for our brains!
Working together gives us the chance to share skills, knowledge, opportunities and ideas while creating products that feel more diverse, personal and connected to the people who make them.
From screen printed clothing to future art prints, merchandise collaborations and homeware, we're excited about creating more opportunities for artists to be part of what we do.
We don't want you to feel like you're simply buying something from a website.
We want you to feel connected to the story behind it.
That's why transparency matters to us. We're happy to talk about where our materials come from, how things are made, who we're working with and what we're still trying to improve.
And we're always open to feedback.
